About Me
I got a stadium to build
Our mantra at DTS ever since we got this Inglewood contract has been “We got a stadium to build”. I would say about 98% of the usage comes when we don’t have time to deal with something or we just don’t want to deal with it general. For example, “Whats that? You want to make a blog for your cat? I’m sorry I can’t get to you ’til next week. I got a stadium to build” or “Email you? I don’t have time for emails kid, I got a stadium to build” or even “Take out the trash? Ma, you don’t understand. I got a stadium to build” (they never do understand).
Lately I haven’t been able to be everywhere and do everything I want, but you know, the stadium is not going to build itself. Rome wasn’t built in one day, and I am pretty sure when they built their stadiums they didn’t have to stand in checkout lines or be stuck in traffic.
If you haven’t heard back from me or I forgot to do what I said I was going to do, it’s nothing personal. I just have a lot with building the stadium and even when I am not building the stadium I am still building other rainbows. So if you ask me something I am probably going to say “no” to… be prepared for the same reason, “C’mon, I got a stadium to build.”
